Return and Refund Policy

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving. If you want to return your order and get a refund please contact us.
We cover postal and customs risks when shipping our products.

We are ready to refund or reship your order in case of: 

1. The products arrived damaged.
2. The post service lost your parcel or it was hold by customs.
3. We received our parcel back as a return from customs or any other government organization. Products returned as ‘unclaimed’ or marked ‘failure to deliver’ will be charged for incoming & outgoing shipping and handling.

Your order in NOT eligible for refund or reshipment if: 

- You were unsatisfied with the product. If you are using any of the products without a prescription from a qualified MD, you assume all the risks associated with such a decision. It includes the cases where the product is not working for you, which might sometimes happen as metabolic processes can differ greatly in different individuals. 

- If you order to one of the high-risk countries (see below) and your parcel is stuck or seized by customs. In this case we cannot be held responsible for any refund/reshipment, as we warn our clients in advance about the risks of such a shipping. 

Shipping Policy

Delivery and handling is only $20.00 per any order! 

Please allow 1-2 business days for order to be processed. If an ordered product is in black list or is not available from our supplier, we will let you know through email or telephone within five days of your order. Backordered or discontinued part of your order will be cancelled automatically.

We generally ship Registered Air Mail. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together, unless you ask us to ship the order complete. Part of your order can be shipped from different countries by separate parcels. Delivery time is 2-3 weeks. We deliver from Eastern Europe or from within EU.

All customs issues are on buyer's part, we do not accept returns stopped by customs of your country. Please call your information centre about possibility to receive postal packages with medications.

We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

You must be 21 years of age and over to purchase from this site

Prescription Policy

No prescription needed to purchase with us because of we ship our medications from countries where prescriptions are not required for drugs listed at our site. 

Orders and Prices. Payment Policy

Payment for the Order may be made by a credit card accepted by Payment for the Order may be made by a credit card accepted by Novir.in, wire transfer, paypal, credit cars and crypto.

 Warranties. 

THE MANUFACTURER OF EACH PRODUCT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WARRANTY ASSOCIATED WITH A PRODUCT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVIR.IN DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN RESPECT OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES CONTEMPLATED BY THESE TERMS OF SALE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLAIMS IN RESPECT OF THE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.

Privacy Policy. 

The Customer shall fully and accurately disclose their personal information and consent to its use by Novir.in may act on behalf of the Store to collect order information and/or payment. The prices for the Products shall be as specified by the Pharmacy and as set forth in Novir.in's website as at the time of acceptance of an order by Novir.in. Prices for Products shall be subject to change without further notice. Credit terms are at the discretion and as specified by the Store and implemented by Novir.in, and unless otherwise specified in writing, payment must be received by novir.in prior to acceptance of an order.  By submitting an Order to Novir.in, the Customer consents to the collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy published on the Novir.in website. Novir.in reserves the right to amend its Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the updated policy on its website. The Customer agrees to review the Privacy Policy each time it submits an Order.

Products and Services. 

Novir.in may revise and discontinue the Products and Services displayed on the website at any time without prior notice.

Exports.

It is important to note that not all of the Novir.in's services shown on the website are available in all jurisdictions outside of Ukraine. The Food and Drug Administration has taken the position that virtually all shipments of prescription drugs imported from an international pharmacy by a United States customer will violate United States law. By placing an Order for product or services, the Customer represents to Novir.in and the Store that sale, delivery and shipment of the Products will not violate any import, export or other law or regulation in the Customer's home jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement.

The Customer agrees that these Terms of Sale and any document incorporated by reference or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the Customer, Novir.in and the Store pertaining to the subject-matter of these Terms of Sale, and supersedes, terminates and otherwise renders null and void any and all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, contracts, proposals or requests for proposals, whether written or oral, between the Customer, Novir.in and the Store. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Sale and any of the documents incorporated by reference or referred to herein, these Terms of Sale shall govern.

Severability.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms of Sale shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision hereof and any such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be severable.

Headings.

The section headings used herein are for convenience of reference only and do not form a part of these Terms of Sale, and no construction or inference shall be derived therefrom.

Force Majeure.

Novir.in shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, delays due to backorders of requested products, mail delays, customs delays, lost shipments. Novir.in shall not be responsible to notify the Customer in the event of such delays. The Customer shall be solely responsible to make other arrangements to purchase alternative products and any costs incurred in connection with such purchases.

Governing Law.

The Customer understands that novir.in is a UK business registered in London, UK  and that the Customer is purchasing medications that have been approved for sale in the jurisdiction of the Pharmacy. Title to the Customer's medications passes from the Pharmacy to the Customer when the Customer's medications leave the Store. All agreements reached or contracts formed with the Pharmacy shall be deemed to have been made in the jurisdiction where the sale takes place and the laws of that jurisdiction shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising between the Customer and the Pharmacy. All disputes with Novir.in shall be resolved by reference to US laws.

Knowledge and Consent. 

By placing an order with Novir.in, the Customer has read and understands the terms and conditions as set out herein. The Customer represents that he/she consents to the Terms of Sale, and does so with full knowledge and without undue influence or duress. The Customer acknowledges that the Terms of Sale are readily accessible on a 24-hour basis from novir.in website and shall be provided to the Customer in hard copy format upon request at any time. The Customer acknowledges having had every opportunity to obtain independent legal advice with respect to the Terms of Sale.
